Janine Rudwick

I was born in the Northern Cape in the small town of Kimberley which is known as the Diamond City of Southern Africa. Growing up we moved to different towns within South Africa and Namibia. My diverse history is part of what makes me resilient both personally and professionally, but also attentive and caring to all others. My career in Real Estate started in 2008 and came to fruition as a founding manager of a successful Estate Agency in the East of Johannesburg for 10 years. I studied at The Cape Town University of Technology where I achieved my Diploma in Real Estate (Cum Laude) and I have a master property practitioner certification (NQF5) with The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority of South Africa (PPRSA). I also completed a certificate in Sectional Title Scheme Management with the University of Cape Town. I have found that my success and happiness lie in enriching the lives of others and my career in property allows me to fulfill this passion. It feels extraordinary when you realize your professional purpose in life. I endeavor to provide my clients with the professionalism and efficiency they deserve while handling one of their biggest investments which often holds more than mere monetary value to them.
